::Very nice interiors and pleasant atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Location is a bit out of the from the centre, but there is trams stop within a short walk away from the hotel. Overall very nice hotel for a short stay.

::Loved this hotel! Stayed last fall and the staff were amazingly helpful and so friendly. The rooms were terrific and well appointed but it overwhelmingly was the staff that I remember the most. We were a big group and they quickly accommodated a couple room switches that were better for some of the elderly in our group. Can’t say enough about how charming the hotel was and did I mention the STAFF? Would like to come again ASAP.

::Have stayed here several times and it doesn't disappoint. Last time we stayed in the new building which I would recomend for a quiet sleep. Well decorated and comfortable. Nicely located on the edge of the city with a lively pub just across the way.

::We had a lovely stay here. Very helpful staff. A very slight issue with the room was resolved swiftly. Breakfast in Tom's Table was very good. Lovely decor. We will be back.
