  Rory is a world class personal trainer and motivates me to push myself far beyond what I thought possible. He has many many years experience training professional athletes to olympian standards. The gym itself is state of the art and its intimate size is perfect for one-on-one sessions or small groups. I've been feeling like an absolute champ since I started my weekly sessions. Would recommend to beginners and hardcore gym enthusiasts alike.

  I have been attending ROD Fitness for the last 3 yrs on a weekly basis. Rory works with me on cardiovascular exercises and is great to train with on a 1 to 1 basis. I would highly recommend Rory O'Donoghue of ROD Fitness as he has a huge amount of experience in health/fitness and is very passionate about what he does.

  Rory is a great personal trainer. 3 months ago when i start, i had no fitness at all. Now he has me jogging, lifting weights and doing kettle bells. I have lots more energy and feel great - thanks Rory

  I have being going to ROD fitness now for the last few months and finding it very good, Rory is very professional and very flexible with times as I am a shift workers he fits me in at different time, I would highly recommend him as a fitness instructor
