::Rory is a world class personal trainer and motivates me to push myself far beyond what I thought possible. He has many many years experience training professional athletes to olympian standards. The gym itself is state of the art and its intimate size is perfect for one-on-one sessions or small groups. I've been feeling like an absolute champ since I started my weekly sessions. Would recommend to beginners and hardcore gym enthusiasts alike.
