  Until recently I would have given 5 stars but the quality of the food and service has dropped so much in recent months, recently the food(except for the chips) has just not been fresh.

  I ordered the deal of the day? Original kebab, which I thought was doner kebab? I received a chicken kebab? I don't do chicken as I was in hospitalization for 8 weeks with food poisoning a few years ago? I rang romayo and said my order was wrong? No my order was not wrong I received the original kebab, did not read chicken? Absolute fantastic service a doner kebab was sent to me? Free of charge, my mistake but the great thing is the hospitality they showed me? Well done Romayo in balally. Keep up the great work. And thank you for my gorgeous doner xxx

  Food is good, BUT THE PRICE has just gone disgustingly high! €4 to have it delivered and I am down the road! I have parcels deliverd on Amazon from the UK cheaper than they are charging to drop a burger up the road. Shame really thay have gotten so expensive. €20 for a smoked cod and a bag of chips is just greed 😞

  Had another visit and food gone drastically down hill . Their policy is return to the store within 1 hr or your complaint is taken as a bad review . I emailed and messaged store and no reply . Cold greasy smelly inedible food
