  Great selection of toys & I personally find that the staff can be very helpful if you need advise on anything.

  - Very good collection of toys. - very poor customer service..... Very big place but few staff....if you want assistance or information you have to wait long and go looking every where for any staff member. Help or information is not easy to get. Eventually if you manage to get the attention of a staff member be prepared to get the answer 'oh I don't know about that product' and they walk away instead of 'I will get someone who knows about it'. I did not find the staff friendly and helpful.

  Fabulous, extensive range of kids stuffs.. Good prices too.. Must visit for deals.

  They don't answer their phones. Was trying to ring them for 2 weeks about a bike I had bought for my daughters birthday. They had been supposed to ring me when it was assembled, but hadn't. I dropped in eventually and it was ready.

  Great staff and selection. No amount of staff will ever be enough at this time of year. Don't park in front of the front facade. Very difficult to exit from
