::We booked this for my mom's birthday in December. Bells should have rang after my first correspondence with them. My mom few out from South Africa in December for her Birthday & Christmas, on a South African passport. Because of her passport, we asked the hotel to write a confirmation letter with all the guest names to cover any issues at immigration. They refused, apparently they can only write letters for existing guests, not upcoming bookings. I had to go to Twitter to get them to write this. Then the trip, which never happened. We were due to fly out on the day the snow hit Birmingham. All flights were cancelled, everything! Ryanair refunded us immediately & I notified the hotel before we even left the airport. They refused to refund us at all, said we could rebook within 3 months. I explained that rebooking was not an option, my mom would be going back to South Africa. It came down to "computer says no", Staycity were not moving. Our travel insurance has covered the costs for my husband & I but I'm still out of pocket for 1/3 of the costs, based on something that was out of my control. Be very careful when booking with this company, make 100% sure that nothing will derail your trip as this company will not help in any way.

::Great place! Staff made us feel very welcome! Apartment was amazing! Big bath with shower, huge comfy beds, kitchen fully equipped. Ready to move in :) great location, around 15 min walk to center. we only stayed for one night but definitely next time in Dublin, we will choose it again!

::A great place for a family to stay in Dublin. Clean, cozy. A short walk to everything, temple bar, dart train, Dublin Castle, Marsh library. We stayed with our 5 year old there's grocery close by. Loved it.
