  Brilliant experience. I turned up and they fixed a puncture and brakes in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

  I was thinking to call the garda, because the guy was looking for ploblems to my person, they already got a fight with some customers, and I dont really understeand why the same guy is still there. Also some bikes are stolen

  I arrived back to my bike in town only to find I had a puncture…it is a horrible feeling any time of the year but it was yesterday…a Sunday evening during Christmas! Annoyed that I was walking instead of cycling, I first checked Rothar, then walked through the Christmas crowds with my bike to see if Cycleways was open...but I was greeted by a dark cold building! So, frustrated, walking back to my house. I said I would stop by another shop and chance my luck. It would have been just after 5pm by the time I got there, the shutters were down and they were putting in the last few bikes. However, the owner (I think) who was locking the shutter asked if I was okay and he very kindly said to bring the bike in to the store to have it repaired. The shop attendant was very pleasant, even though I was calling in so late on a Sunday evening, and very attentive; even put some oil on my chain! I was very grateful; it was much appreciated and made the cycle home even better. It would have been very easy to say, sorry but we are closed, so thank you. I will be back but hopefully not on a Sunday evening, definitely recommend this store. Merry Christmas!

  Big kudos to these guys. Couldn't remove a finicky mountain bike wheel when I got a puncture. Guy in shop said to leave it with him and gave me a spare bike so I could get into work. Charged a tenner! I had the spare bike for 2 days. Unreal service. Well done lads! Will be sharing this story!
