  in and out in 15 minutes and they sorted out a dead MacBook - simple fix (for them) but saved massive hassle for me

  I don't know much at all about computer so could easily be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous IT repair company, but three times I've had what seems to me like a computer crisis and the fellow in this shop has resolved them. Twice with simple, low cost solutions and once with some over the phone advice and suggestions for free. I'll trust them now if I ever do need some real work done on my computer.
