::Another dreadful shopping experience at Tesco Clearwater. Rang in advance to check stock availabilty in home section- arrived and despite assurances of availability, none there. Spoke to 4 male staff on the floor, for other items- all rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. All staff seem miserable and unable to assist except the lady on the checkout. Not a manager in sight. Tesco really need to work with their staff on treating customers decently. No wonder people shop elsewhere.

::One of the biggest supermarkets in the area. Lots of free parking available. You will get pretty much everything for a weekly shopping in one place. But therein lies a problem because a good few things in there are quite pricey compared to other places (Aldi, Lidl - I know these aren't Irish shops but neither is Tesco, if you want to support local and pay the extra bit you may as well go to Dunnes or Supervalu). They have a lot of checkouts however you will find most of them are never open and if it gets busy (and shifts are about to end) expect to wait a while. Staff are generally nice and happy to help. It's not a bad supermarket, but it's not great either.

::Want to thank a really kind and helpful staff member called Will who helped my daughter and I on Saturday evening 4th November, 2018 at 8.30pm. We were looking for ink for our printer as my daughter needed an email printed to start her first job on the Sunday. My daughter was stressing and Will was really helpful and went out of his way to assist us.

::A model supermarket which puts all others in the shade. Spacious and extremely well stocked, it is always a pleasure to shop here. I think what gives this particular branch the edge for me is the fact that the staff are so pleasant and helpful. Checkout assistant Ciara today was delightful and full of chat - such a breath of fresh air in an age when so many working on the frontline of retail come across as hating their jobs and make little effort to engage in small chat with customers. The fact is, in my experience, every little DOES help 😉. Keep up the good work guys!! 👌😎
