::Appalling customer service experience with your shop. No response to an email about delivery of a chair that I bought. No answer to 2 phone calls which just rang out and no answering machine. 2 other phone calls where someone picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. The chair finally arrived 3 days later than promised. I had asked if it required assembly before I bought it and was told very little assembly needed which was a lie. The chair was in pieces and had to be assembled from scratch. When I rang to complain, I was told repeatedly that it was easy to assemble and couldn't have been in as many pieces as I was reporting. Will never shop here again and will not recommend it to anyone. Shameful service- doesn't even deserve 1 star but that's not an option in the ratings....
