  Love this shop. The best shop for back problems. It's better to pay for a chair, or a pillow etc. than for your GP who would recommend painkillers 😉.

  I had a very nice customer experience in this shop, excellent customer service and they guys really knew their stuff. I would highly recommend this shop .

  You won’t go wrong with these people , I got a custom made chair for my elderly mother , the difference it has made to her comfort and her standard of living is amazing .

  Appalling customer service experience with your shop. No response to an email about delivery of a chair that I bought. No answer to 2 phone calls which just rang out and no answering machine. 2 other phone calls where someone picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. The chair finally arrived 3 days later than promised. I had asked if it required assembly before I bought it and was told very little assembly needed which was a lie. The chair was in pieces and had to be assembled from scratch. When I rang to complain, I was told repeatedly that it was easy to assemble and couldn't have been in as many pieces as I was reporting. Will never shop here again and will not recommend it to anyone. Shameful service- doesn't even deserve 1 star but that's not an option in the ratings....
