  This hotel is in a great location and has lovely doormen. The staff on reception, housekeeping and maintenance are very attentive and the breakfast comes fast, is hot, and delicious. The WiFi is simple to sign up for. All of that is great. Here's the reason I gave 4 stars: We arrived late - after 11:30 PM - having had no dinner because I don't care for airport food. We met a colleague in the bar to have nightcaps/coffee/food, but was told NO FOOD in the bar - there was only Room Service available. So, I had to leave the company, and go eat ALONE in my room. I just don't see the difference between serving me food in the bar restaurant to in the room (which seems like more work). The other down side is the elevators. Slow. Best to take the stairs. Another night, I asked for coffee whilst friends were drinking and was told the machine had been cleaned. I think they realized how disappointed I was, so they DID make me a coffee, but it wasn't even warm. Also, they will say you have free waters in your room, but you have to ask for it - same goes for ice. This isn't divulged info, so it took some time to guess this was the case.

  Great service. Lovely bar food and breakfast. Room was good but could have done with a little TLC, hence 4 stars

  Excellent service and cleanliness. Water heater and A/C weren't working properly when I stayed. The temperature in the shower or washing hands fluctuated drastically and it took all day to cool the room. Pricey but you get what you pay for for the most part.

  Superb location! Attentive and friendly staff and great service. Very comfortable and safe hotel. They definitely go above and beyond for their guest! The welcome staff personally escorted t the room. They were kind to give us Elegantly sitting pretty right across from the Garden and next to the shopping center, this hotel was perfect for walking around and shopping and people watching!
