  I had an opportunity in 2016 to move abroad with my family for work reasons, which resulted in my wife and I needing to rent our family home and become landlords for the first time. This lead to me talking to several potential property managers and eventually deciding on Gary and his team at The Property Company. Gary advertised the property and selected tenants within a few weeks following through on references (which resulted in eliminating some candidates) and the chosen tenants have proved to be very reliable in both paying rent on time and maintaining the house in a manner in which I would do myself. Gary and his team carry out regular property inspections too which provide additional peace of mind for me. He or a member of his team are also very quick to respond to any queries or questions that I pose from time to time via email. I would highly recommend Gary to all landlords looking for someone to manage their property.

  Gary has thus far has delivered on everything he has committed to. He and his staff have always been professional, helpful, and their response time is excellent.
