Bought boots for my wife, which unfortunately got unglued after two days, but the friendly and welcoming staff took care of it for me by sending it to a professional repair and after a couple of days The boots were good as new

I purchased a pair of shoes from this shop last week and I was browsing the web site today for a pair of ankle boots from Peter Kaiser which I am glad to say are there. I noticed the reviews and normally I would not do this but I felt I had to after reading them. I was having a "bad day"( probably mid week crises) and went for a retail therapy visit to Grafton Street and as all women are, attracted by shoe shops I called in. Entering your shop with bright lights and such a choice of shoes and boots, I quickly got very interested. I was approached by one of your assistants, who turned out to be the manageress, I think her name was Suzanne, who could not do enough for me, even going to the trouble of trying on a shoe that I was thinking of buying , to show me what it would look like on, which I thought was charming and showed a caring attitude to me the customer. I purchased and while doing so Suzanne offered me protective care for my shoes and showed complete product knowledge which impressed me no end and gives me confidence in buying again from your store. What started off a bad day ended up with a very happy shopping experience and thank goodness for individual stores with good old fashioned customer service skills(such a difference and a lot of chain stores could take a lesson from your staff). I will be recommending to my friends and office colleagues and yes I am purchasing the boots next week, Mary O' Neill

I went into the shop recently (it was a Thursday) and my experience was rather strange to say the least. There were a few customers around but the sales assistants took no notice whatsoever. They were constantly on their phones and had a rather loud conversation (one of them was literally blaring through the shop) discussing things that should really be talked about in private, not while working (eg. getting drunk; men). When I asked them if I could talk to the manager, as I thought I could get some professional customer service of the person in charge, it turned out that she was firstly one of them and secondly rather rude. She made me feel unwelcome, and "pleased" herself to help me. I left shortly afterwards, which was a real pity as the selection of shoes is great and I was genuinely interested in buying.

Poor service Is a shame, they sale good products but don't give a dame for the customers. Rude as they can be. Shame.

It felt like my presence in this shop was an inconvenience to the staff. Not a pleasure to visit and won't return. It's a shame when their products are great quality. It's time to invest in your people Thomas Patrick, customer service should be your priority.
