  I want to like this company as the staff are nice. Design ideas are good but unfortunately execution of design ideas is not great and after sales service have let me down twice now. Currently chasing company after they failed to deliver the correct tv unit design a week and a half ago. Then after promising me it would be sorted last Fri they arrived without part of it and promised me they would be there on Sat. No show on Sat. Calls not being returned. Emails not being returned. Half installed unit cracked. No show today either. So money paid in good faith a couple of weeks ago and still no finished product. Disappointed customer.

  Our kitchen is everything we wanted it to be. Our designer was amazing and understood exactly what we wanted accommodating every suggestion and making it all possible. The staff who fitted the kitchen were first class in every way and did themselves proud. However, our experience was completely clouded by the treatment we encountered from management and customer service staff when it came to the last few details. We were constantly told when someone would be out to fit/fix/finish an issue and nobody would show. We rearranged work commitments etc countless times and were let down every single time. This seemed an impossible task for them to coordinate. The end result is fabulous, but it came at a price, and not just monetary.

  Absolutely delighted with our kitchen, utility room, walk-in wardrobe and vanity unit all designed by Joanne Powderly. Everything has been first class and completed on schedule. I would highly recommend Tierney Kitchens to anyone.

  I would highly recommend visiting Tierney Kitchens. I bought a lovely kitchen island and am delighted with it. Their showrooms are stunning, they have a play area for children is a great help if you wish to bring children with you. They staff were really helpful with picking one and with loading it also! They had a lovely buffet and cooked breakfast for visitors to the showroom which definitely made it worth the drive to Balbriggan.

  Great service. Bought our kitchen about 4 years ago and a new wardrobe fitted today. Everyone from sales, design, measuring, fitting and final fit were very polite, helpful and efficient. I struggled on colour choice and decided to go with their recommendation and I was not disappointed. New wardrobe is fantastic. Kitchen still looking great too and brill aftercare service too.
