  John at Timbercraft provided us an excellent design service, patiently going through all the available options. Everything was on schedule - design, build, delivery, and installation, and there was good communication along each step of the process. The kitchen build quality is superb. Can't fault it. The extractor didn't suit the room when it was initially put up. John arranged for an immediate replacement. No messing. Great service all round. Would highly recommend Timbercraft.

  Excellent build quality in terms of the kitchen. Martin in store is excellent but post sale customer service is extremely bad. They don't get back to you at all which left me quite disappointed.

  We had an excellent experience with Timbercraft Kitchens - They gave us great design advice and the kitchen fitting was hassle free. The kitchen is real quality and has a lovely finish - all in all we are delighted !

  Excellent service and product. We have our kitchen for about 4 month now and are very happy with it. The kitchen was fitted on time and we did not have any problems with it at all.
