Everything was on schedule - design, build, delivery, and installation, and there was good communication along each step of the process. The kitchen build quality is superb. Can't fault it. The extractor didn't suit the room when it was initially put up. John arranged for an immediate replacement. No messing. Great service all round. Would highly recommend Timbercraft.

::Excellent build quality in terms of the kitchen. Martin in store is excellent but post sale customer service is extremely bad. They don't get back to you at all which left me quite disappointed.
