  Friendly helpful staff. Bought some wooden mousetraps , hate having to but no choice , got home , set a couple and now have a swollen right thumb !!!!!! Guess they work and no...I haven't been drinking lol

  Good to buy anything from your DIY shopping list after hours, in general ... very expensive shop, would prefer builders provider or online if not urgent.

  Great staff. Always obliging and helpful. And KNOWLEDGEABLE. Also willing to negotiate when possible. Super range of products. Definitely the best Woodies branch in town!

  Generally speaking was ok but guy at the till was a little bit annoyed when asked to look something up on stock in store and opted to suggest I go to another store to ask. Customer service award of the month would not go to him for sure. Could detect sarcasm in his voice by the delivery tone of his voice when wishing me a good day. Woodies could improve staff training.
