  Good selection of floors and carpeting Knowledgeable staff. Which I found very helpful. They stock furniture too. But didn't pay much attention to that.

  Rather disappointed that the chair I asked to be ordered in 2 weeks ago to the Sallynoggin branch , still hasn't arrived and no information as to when it might arrive.My calls haven't been returned and I am reluctant to believe the 'we'll ring you when it's in' response. Feeling fobbed off😔

  Awful, after several visits here we've decided to buy our floors and carpets elsewhere. The staff are disorganised, unhelpful and in some cases just plain rude. We were asked to write down the list of carpets we wanted and we'd get a call back with a price. I would've imagined a sales person would have taken up that responsibilty but as the person we'd been dealing with wasn't there to meet us this duty was left to us. Even getting the floors measured was a disaster we'd arranged to meet the foreman on site at 3 as the site closed at 4:15. Got a call from the carpet guy on the store line at 3pm to say he'd be there in 20mins. He arrived at 3.55 and rushed thought the job with an angry foreman watching over us. They just don't seem to value customers or want business.

  Nutgrove Branch! Would give them no stars if that was an option!! Absolutely appalling service!! Fitted carpets on stairs and landing 3 weeks ago after a week had lifted at all doorways - have been on to get refitting arranged numerous times to be constantly put on the long finger! Went up to the store personally to be told I wasn't on the system but that they've now booked it in for today.... rang today after waiting around all day to be told same story not on the system will be out tomorrow.... disgraceful service... still waiting. Trip hazard, certainly wouldn't recommend

  Huge thanks to Mark and all the staff from M Kellys. Received my new bed today. It arrive on time as promised and it's prefect. Great value and very frendly staff. Highly recommend.
