::They've gotten rid of most of the cashier desks. Went in today and left after 10 minutes. I was in a queue of about 8 people in front of me and not one person was taken off the queue while I was there.

::I have a regular account with Ulster bank for years, I went to change my account to student because I started a full time course and they told me that it was impossible to do it, I didn't believe what the middle age woman told me so I went to the branch in dame st and they did it for me no problem, so obviously she didn't want to help me and she lied to me.
