::Today is definitely the last day that we visit this place. We are sad to say that Wigwan isn't the same as it was last year. On my last 3 visits I noticed that the food is losing the quality, and the service too. I sent a complaint a few months ago and I didn't receive any reply. But today was definitely the worse day in there. It was my best friend's birthday and I gave her the ideia to celebrate it there and now I'm completely ashamed of this choice. We were in 3 couples, 4 of us ordered food and none of us could eat nothing. I had a vegan burger and the bread could almost break my teeth. They gave me another one, but they put so much olive oil that made a disgusting and soggy bread. I didn't eat at all. My friend had a steak and she asked for medium rare and came up a well, well, WELL done steak. Her husband and mine ordered beef burgers and same problem, beef was dry. So yes, none of us could eat our food and we paid over €100 for that. The waitress was apologizing for everything but that was all. It's a shame because we really like to go there, but from today on I wouldn't go nor recommend it to my friends either.

::The loveliest staff, vegan nachos and vegan sandwiches are amazing. Would be nice if they had Heineken on tap though. Five lamps is nice for a change but more than 2 pints of it hits your stomach weirdly.

::Left waiting for food and drinks for 45 mins, we were forgotten about then the order to take ages aswell. But the staff are very friendly good is good. Bar staff are definitely needed cant make a rum and Coke. Will always go back though
