Really nice food and staff. Only problem is you get that "franchise" feel from the place where the food feels a little too pre-prepared. Still one of the better Italian food chain going though and the food is geared more towards comfort than fine dining unlike another very famous chain which I personally really liked and always appreciate a restaurant where you have a comfortable selection of dishes rather than eating the same "safe" option all the time. Only hope they open more in Ireland

Great food with plenty of options for Gluten Free and Vegans. Little pricey (3.50 for a small ramekin of spicy nuts!) but it's in Dundrum Town Center so that's expected I guess. Friendly staff and if you want a menu item changed in anyway (like adding mushrooms to the lentil Ravi for instance) they seem happy to oblige

Delicious Italian food just how Mama would make it in Italy. Cosy atmosphere and friendly service

Very nice Italian restaurant, the atmosphere is really enjoyable. You are sitting in front of the kitchen where you can see how your dish is veing prepared. There is a huge stone oven where they bake the pizzas. The food is delicious. The prizes are around 10-16 euro per main. We had a good meal there and would recommend it.

The overall experience was above average. The waiting staff were nice, but one guy seemed particularly confused when I asked him basic things about dish adjustments. I ordered a pizza and it was tasty except at the start they never game me a pizza cutter and the pizza wasn't cut either so that was an issue. We ordered a garlic bread aswell which was nice enough, but probably a bit too oily. I would go back but probably order something else. The pricing was slightly expensive for what we got but that was expected, I wouldn't have minded if the food was a bit better.
