  This is the worst bank I have ever been in. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes to get to the kiosk. Staff were non existent and when they did walk around, they just whizzes by us. In the line, I counted 10 people queuing and all frustrated. Not only ever but impressed, once off is a Ok but every time I enter this bank, it's the same experience.
