::They have a friendly staff. Willing to help. It's a Internet bank with some kind of phisical office which can't aceept cash deposit. Started the process to open a bank account here, after 3 weeks with no feedback I just return to cancel the process. I suggest you take a look in the internet, Europe has much efficient online banks to open a bank account.
