::Been here 4 times to open an account and I couldn't. Every time different stupid reason. They do smile, but can't wait to see your back! When talking to you, you constantly have feeling the employee looks at you and thinks: suspicios man. Wants to rob us! Wants to trick us. He is some mafia! Been today 15.03.2019. to open an account again. And again, I was told that tjeth is a LINE for an appointment to open account THREE WEEKS!! WAAAAT!!?? Waaauuuu sooo busy a!? Looks like entire world want to open an acoount exactly in Ennis and exactly in Ulster and exactly in this branch!! Hahah wanna BS!!!! Right!? Prepare your nerves if decide to visit and be ready for anything.

::Just awful. When I was in a financial distress they show absolutely no compassion just plain rude. Telephone banking was so poor...Got stung on mortgage rates. I have nothing good to say about this bank. Never use Ulster Bank again.

::Had been here but the staff was non cooperative despite getting appointment 4 days ago. Didn't open my bank account and refused to accept all my legal letters. Aib was kind enough to open. Will never ask anyone to go there.!!
