::Wanted to open an account for my mom, staff don't even know what they're doing, asked me to get letters from work and to state that she's new in the country even if she's not new that's ridiculous, first time told me it's ok to open it gave us everything to log in internet banking but told me still on hold waited a few weeks didn't get back to me went in work and gave them account to send money there, was waiting for the card didn't got anything back so I went back to them when arrived they told me they should of contact us but they didn't and need a letter to state that she's new in the country, am I opening a account to pay taxes to them or to me? Not so smart aib I am with same bank but because of their indifference I will go with a new bank.
