  It's a bank. Slow, usually a queue, as you would expect. The staff are generally very nice and in my experience do the best they can for you. Very impressed the other day when a lady at the bank took the time to help someone understand something.

  The staff is nice and they open a bit earlier than other banks in the area. But, their services are expensive and you have to make an appointment to apply for a bank account (1 week), then you have to come in and present all the papers and after that you'll probably get an account (1 more week), so it should take a lot of time.
