::Fantastic place to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The coach is incredible, the team are amazingly supportive and focussed, and everyone was generously welcoming from day 1. I'm the fittest I've ever been, and it felt reasonably effortless because it is so addictive and fun. Wish I would have trained here from the start; don't think about it, just come down and try it out! :)
