  Fantastic place to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The coach is incredible, the team are amazingly supportive and focussed, and everyone was generously welcoming from day 1. I'm the fittest I've ever been, and it felt reasonably effortless because it is so addictive and fun. Wish I would have trained here from the start; don't think about it, just come down and try it out! :)

  Andre is one of the most honest, and real coaches around. His gym is well equipped, the training ongoing is built on a huge amount of experience. Easy to catch up on the learning curve. You can always feel welcome here.

  A great place to train, leaving all your worries outside the mats and roll with talented fighters. A welcoming place. Andre Ramos is a top instructor with attention to every detail. Highly recommended.
