  I Have been to many Gyms but none of them come close to the service you get at Better Body. I have been a member for over a year and been a regular user too. All the staff are really helpful and very knowledgeable and fantastic motivators. They offer great classes too and they can give you a program and huge motivation towards it which is can be reviewed every few weeks to see how your progressing. I would highly recommend this Gym to experienced or beginner gym users.

  Not a regular gym user before, I came across Better Body. This gym is unique as it's extremely customer focused it with a huge emphasise on motivation. I was given various programmes coupled with an eating plan and during my time here not only did I become a regular gym user I also changed shape and lost 12kg in 3 months. Unfortunately I'm emigrating to Canada otherwise I'd still be using this gym. A big thanks to all the staff at Better Body. regular gym goer

  I have been a member for a year now and can't say enough good things about Dave and all the staff at Better Body. I never thought I'd be a gym regular but I actually look forward to heading to Better Body, so they are definitely doing something right. Always helpful and ready to give advice, they make the gym a really welcoming place for new members and the atmosphere is very friendly. Equipment is second to none and the range of classes on offer is hard to beat too. Whether you are looking to join a gym for the first time or just searching for a new place to train, you really can't go wrong with Better Body.
