  False advertising booked in for a week for work under impression it was bnb as it states it is its not and I had the worst room 12 and to top it all off dirty writen in to the light shades... niceee

  Nice convenient place.in a serene environment. Very close to the bus stop and links most bus routes making commuting less cumbersome

  Arrived to be told no breakfasts available - tried to say his payment hadn't been received which was either a lie or as he said *a misunderstanding* on his email - room was adequate and roomy, loose wonky shelf in bathroom - good sized hot shower - sheets changed daily - Overall 3 stars - Be aware that Dublin in very expensive paying £12-14 for a glass of wine and a brandy with coke! The people are lovely and kin natured
