  Total dump, dont think the residents bar is ever open. Showers dont work in most of the rooms, bathroom door didn't close let alone lock. Made for stag parties only.

  Needs to up it's game a lot .no one on reception for 10 minutes when we got there .o e of the rooms was flooded when we got there and was expected peoe to stay in it .There was a smell of damp. They had no irons at reception. The shower did not work.and the tv 'picture quality as very poor and only 2 channels. Not a great stay I will not be back .

  La vicinanza al centro e il water più splendente che abbia mai visto in Irlanda (non scherzo, bianchissimo anche dove di solito è nero), non bastano a sollevare le sorti di un posto vetusto, che cade a pezzi, al limite. Nonostante sia inspiegabilmente pieno la guest house latita in ogni comparto: finestre che si chiudono male, odore di polvere, coperte lacerate e letti sfondati, bagni inguardabili e stretti, buchi nel muro di tasselli a vista, sporco, il phon non pervenuto, rumori, scricchiolii, polvere, reception deserta, servizio inesistente, letteralmente non merita proprio i 55€ richiesti, roba al massimo da 20€ a notte. Calma, almeno c'è la corrente elettrica a muro e una specie di pub deserto, peccato che alle 23 ti invitano ad andartene perché vuole chiudere. Assolutamente da evitare, una topaia. Noi purtroppo non avevamo scelte se non questo perché a Kilkenny effettivamente gli hotel sono pochi.

  Hubo un pequeño problema con el alojamiento, pero elpersonal fue muy atento, y lo solucionamos en seguida. La habitación estaba bien para mi gusto.

  El personal del hotel super buenos y amables!La habitación esta bien:)Cerca del centro!Y la cena estuvo muy bien!
