  A magnificent place for a walk, the trees around the reservoir are particularly notable and the upper reservoir is worth the extra time. The land belongs to Dublin City Council

  The car park is the start of a lovely path that passes farm land, some houses, and both lower and upper reservoirs. There is a very pleasant paved path along the west side and a trail along the east that makes you think that you are far from Dublin. Around 9km figure 6 walk. Make sure you don't miss the car park as the roads around the resovoirs are very small and long.
