  I was very impressed with the showroom facilities, and by the friendly, professional manner in which the seminar was conducted. As a cooking novice, I found the information about the cookers, and the cooking demonstration very helpful. I might also mention that when in contact with Bosch showroom in recent weeks I found them very supportive.

  I attended a Bosch cooking demo yesterday by Yvonne. I must say it was fantastic and really explained the functionality of the ovens. We are building our new house and will definitely spec in Bosch for all our appliances. Thank you Yvonne.

  My dryer packed it in and after being completely overwhelmed by the amount of manufacturers and options online I decided to speak to an actual real life person. Caren was excellent. She didn't try and sell a specific dryer or feature to me. She understood my situation and how I would be using it and was very quickly able to narrow it down to 2 specific models from different manufacturers. What could of been an unpleasant experience going from store to store listening to uninterested sales people was actual fun and the most important thing I ended up with exactly the drier I wanted. Can't recommend enough.
