  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! There is better out there. Terrible service, I ordered a bed on 25th November and only found out 7 weeks later (10th Jan) that the bed is not in stock and no longer even made. Nobody once contacted me but I rang them 8-10 times in that time to find out what was going on and was told the bed was on the way numerous times. In fact on 23rd December I was told it was actually in transit to there shop from warehouse. I’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the ground since before the xmas. They apologized and asked me to pick another bed without even offering me a discount for my trouble. These guys are incompetent lying idiots. Save yourself the hassle an use another company. Finally got my refund today from this joke of a company. I’d never use or recommend this company to anyone

  Ordered bed and had it delivered within a week. Great service! Richard (delivery driver) called the day before to arrange a time and on the delivery day just before arrival! Unusual to have such a swift service this time of year!

  Ashmore Fabric Recliner Suite - 3 + 1 + 1 I Bought this in march this year from love furniture in belfast. It is what you see in store and was delivered on time and delivery men put it together for us. so comfortable and very easy to recline great fabric and easy kept clean also so easy took apart if need be i would highly recommend 5 star all round. great company to work with

  No order updates via email or on the website. When I contacted them for an update they said the supplier had discontinued the product. Poor ecommerce experience. Had to contact again to chase the refund. Unresponsive on email. Called multiple times. Helpful when I got somebody but took some chasing and delayed the refund by a week.

  Ordered the pine triple bunk and was delivered yesterday. Had a bot of too-ing & fro-ing over online chat about the delivery time as it didn't suit us, but in the end the delivery guy Ian contacted me the night before to say he would be there at the time we needed and true to his word he was bang in time as promised! Had he bed up in no time & my daughters are absolutely delighted with it, as am I! Good service all round
