  This is the the online platform to use for your flight booking if you want to experience the following; A platform unable to process valid credit card payment (keeps changing the card expiry date once you enter submit); a call centre that only works extremely limited office hours (weak support for a so called online business); a pop up message warning that if you make another booking without resolving the payment issue you may/will be charged for double booking; a 2% credit card surcharge on the quoted price; written escalation request for assistance completely ignored. So if this is Irelands most award winning travel business, we should all leave now (if we can make a booking). Budgetair complaint reference 465808
