::Off all the main bus depots visited, this is the worst! Staff are nowhere when you need and when you don't they're all standing chatting together. If your bus is at 1 a.m. and you arrive before midnight you'll be kicked out into the cold as they have to "close" for the shift hand-over. Toilets sometimes breakdown which means women use the men's and the men have to the pot-a-toilet but, there's no water to wash your hands!!! Not even a hand sanitizer - pathetic. (As an aside, if you find yourself in need of the loo just run over to the Main Train Station across the road)

::Has basic seating, toilets, vending machines and cafe. Clear arrivals and departure boards but not very comfortable

::The "temporary" portable mens toilets located outside the bus station had no heat and no light, so on a dark winter morning it wasn't possible to see where to sit or if they were fouled.

::Unpleasant place. A person tried to steal my luggage from the bus. Coffee shop was nice.
