  It's a quango and a scam to sell off Ireland's greatest resource! Never deal with these leeches and never sign anything.

  I regret paying my water bill. These guys steal money, all the phone lines they provide don't work. They haven't answered any email. Disgusting!

  No acknowledgement was received from Irish Water regarding receipt of the new connection application. Customer representatives are polite but barely competent. The application for connection to multi-million commercial development in Dublin city centre is taking 17 weeks and still waiting.

  Phoned Irish Water as we had no water coming into the house. A most helpful comprehensive response from a very friendly and well briefed lady , who also talked me through their website where I can keep in touch with progress on repairing the leak. Very impressive, and a striking contrast to previous experiences of similar situations with local authorities.
