  0 Stars!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Phone falling apart after they had aparently fixed it... NOT IMPRESSED!!!

  Excellent service. Very well looked after when buying the phone and later when I had a battery issue. They diagnosed it on the spot and replaced the phone.This is the way a phone shop should work.

  I left my phone I 2 weeks ago to be repaired. I also gave the man a copy of my proof of guarantee. 3 days later I got a call that I need to pay 200 euro as my phone is not u see guarantee anymore. I told the man ( david) that I did give proof off guarantee as I even emailed it to the shop and it was printed off. He said he will sort it. The next day I got a call again that I need to pay 200 euro. I was annoyed as I had no phone back and it's not fixed yet and again had to show proof off guarantee. The guy got really aggressive on the other side and made me feel like I was a monster. And was rude to him. I was not. Well it's 2 weeks now and I still have no phone.

  I discovered a fault with a Samsung phone I'd purchased sim free a week previously at the Samsung Store, London. Brought it here. The Manager was very helpful and arranged to have the phone repaired under warranty. Staff member on collection was very helpful also.

  Staff super helpful even though I didn't buy the phone here. Prices here are cheaper and they're always happy to advise on warranty etc.
