::Appalling service and attitude. I ordered an iPhone for my son for Christmas and gave a deposit of €200. Price of phone €419 so just under half price deposit given. They rang me a week later to say phone was in. I explained as I get paid monthly that I would get it at end of month. 2 weeks passed i rang store to say id be out at the weekend and they told me they sold the phone because i had not come in sooner. Even though I had given a substantial deposit they basically said that's the way it is we don't hold stock. (So why take a deposit) the attitude of the manager Martin was shocking. Very unprofessional and obviously has no customer service skills what's so ever. It was a that's are policy get on with it. This phone is now out of stock everywhere. I worked in retail for over 24 years and a manager myself for over 17 years and treated customers buying cheap footwear with more respect than I was afforded her. The manager needs to be sent on a customer training course if that's what is representing the store there's no hope for the rest of the staff.

::Awful shop all together. First, when I was there trying to buy something, sales person, standing right next to the thing I was looking for, was assuring me that 'we don't do these at all'. Then, after a bit of an embarrassing moment for him, I bought it , brought it home and it turned out that the device, which, and let me stress this please, they sold me as an official apple re-seller, simply does not work with the apple products(!) such as iphone. Inexplicably, even after they confirmed this the next day, like it was a totally normal thing to happen there by the way, their whole attitude was still extremely unaccommodating or just plain thick even. And all that happened in the presence of the man who was obviously the head manager there. What can I say, it's android all the way for me now.

::Bought a high spec Mac Pro desk top here in 2010. Recently pre-booked it into the store and spoke to the service agent in the store in advance to have additional RAM installed. Was assured that this could be done in one day and that the RAM was in stock in store. When I called to the store with the computer, there was no booking on their system and no RAM in stock!! Very poor after sales service. I e-mailed CompuB afterwards with my complaint - no acknowledgement or reply. Business transferred elsewhere. My experience reflects reviews on Yelp.ie and negative review expressed after significant annoyance!!

::Visited the store today for the iPhone 7 launch. The shop was hectic and there was a sweet aroma of excitement. Well done to the team especially David and Kevin who went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure an overall excellent customer service experience.

::22 July 2016 I visited the store today to get help with a disabled iPhone The service was brilliant especially from David who was both helpful and informative and above all patient. I had previously visited another store and little help or assistance was forthcoming so I strongly suggest you visit this store . The store manager Martin was also very helpful .
