::9th November bought iPone 5 from CEX shop, Georges St. Dublin 2. The Salesman assured us it was compatible with my new COM DEX hearing aid.If it was not suitable, he assured us, he would return our money. We later discovered it was not compatible and returned to the shop the following day. The Manager vehemently denied we had been given such assurances. In all my life I have never met such an abnoxious salesman. He offered a credit note which could only be exchanged in his shop. In the meantime he would research an appropriate iPhone. I declined his offer saying I did not trust him.
