::The food is often cold and poorly prepared. Waiting for said food can take anything from 10-40 minutes and often there's something missing or forgotten when you're given your meal. Once in a blue moon your meal is actually hot and well prepared and delicious. Also drinking glasses are always either chipped or barely clean. It's a shame because I used to love this place about 3 years ago but their standards have dropped considerably unfortunately.

::A lovely place. Deliciuos food. However, we were missing cutlery when the waiter gave us the food, yet he did not ensure we had any. He just put our plates on the table and immediately ran off. Hopefully, it was just a busy moment. All in all, would go there again.

::When we visited there seemed to be a problem in the kitchen leading to very slow service. One group left a table behind us and their server remarked that it was the 4th that day. Also, from the kids menu of 6 items, two (pizza and sausages) were unavailable. I hope management figure out a way to fix these very simple issues, otherwise customers will fall away and that is a pity for an establishment that used to be very reliable. The beef casserole special on the day was very good. Creamier mashed potatoes would have made me say great.

::I visited Chill Downtown Maynooth today with my 2 children. It was our first visit and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. We first had to wait 15/20 minutes for a table. Our order was taken and we had to wait a further 50 minutes before the meal arrived and when it arrived it was not what we ordered so had to be taken back and it was then a further 10 minutes before the correct meal arrived. The waiting staff were not very apologetic and practically threw the meal at us. Nobody asked us if the meal was OK at any point even when we went to pay. It does seems that this restaurant is very short staffed, that is the only excuse I can arrive at. In any case today is my first and last visit to this establishment.
