  Not too happy to know they allow child pageants to go on at 7am in the mornings. Couldn't believe it when I saw them all walking in with their hair and makeup done like 20 year olds. Very nice and new hotel but it's too quiet and is always almost empty despite 3 massively big car parks and at least 2 advertised restaurants that weren't open at 5pm on a Thursday evening!! Not overly impressed and staff can be quite demeaning and rude when they make a mistake. I'm there as a third party at least once a week and the room that was booked for a year straight was given to another group "by mistake" which left nowhere for a meeting with 30 people to go to first thing in the morning. Not on and please God business picks up before it closes permanently - it does have a lot of potential!!

  If you need a hotel of decent quality located outside the City right on the N7 then this is the best choice. Always a busy place with lots going on. Decent golf course attached and the fab Lemongrass restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.... won't win any prizes for service in my experience but no major problems.

  Absolutely shocking!!!! We arrived for the annual Irish open. Before we got here the weather was severe and we thought we might not get our flight over here We contacted the hotel to tell them that we might not have a way to get over. Our reply was basically it's not our problem. We can not help the weather. We did eventually make it over but was faced with the leisure centre closed because of the weather!!! The bar ran out of food and we didn't have our room cleaned for the 4 days we were there. Well city west the weather us not my problem. We came to your hotel paid a huge amount of money and did not get any of the services we had paid for. Not once did we get any apologies or told we could get any sort of a refund. The only positive was that the staff were amazing. They had to deal with lots of complaints and were handled brilliant. I would never come back to this hotel again!!!!!!

  Viihtyisässä ympäristössä mukava hotelli, jossa myös ravintola sekä paljon aktiviteetteja kuten mm. kuntosali, kylpylä ja golfkeskus. Henkilökunta oli varsin mukavaa ja palvelualtista. Lähistöllä n. 2 km päässä paikallinen ostoskeskus. Myös läheisessä kylässä useampi ravintola ja pubi sekä muita palveluita. Dublinin keskustaan pääsee Luasilla, jonka punaisen linjan päätepysäkki on 15 minuutin matkan päässä hotellilta. Matka Dublinin keskustaan Luasilla kestää n. 45 minuuttia. Suosittelen!

  Tolles Hotel mit Charme und Stil . Zimmer sind sauber (auch in den Ecken und unter den Schränken)ordentlich und dem Standard entsprechend eingerichtet. Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit. Essen schmeckt und ist auch ausreichend. Der Hubschrauber war natürlich auch ein Hingucker-hat ja nicht jedes Hotel.
