  My daughter (age 11) and I bought some items in this store. Unfortunately one pair of earrings did not make it into our bag. I called the store the following day and spoke with the Manager - Clare. She couldn't have been nicer and a few days later, not one, but three pairs of lovely cat earrings arrived for my daughter. She was over the moon! Thank you Clare.
