  Beautiful shop but I was disappointed with the service. I bought a give for my wife's birthday but in fact she wanted something far less expensive. We exchanged it but only to be told I could not have the remainder returned in cash - only a gift card. This was frustrating as we rarely buy jewellery and would have preferred to have that money for elsewhere. They kindly said it was redeemable in any of their numerous stores but I'm not sure how that would help! That may be a standard policy but i've been treated better.
