  Personal attention from trainer, seemed knowledgeable and instructive on correct form for various exercises. Gym itself is well equipped and session was challenging. Will be back

  Great coaches, excellent programming,great atmosphere. Quality of movement always comes first. Very attentive to each individuals goals.

  Great facility with brilliant coaches! Everything is tailored to each individuals needs and goals in a fun, challenging and enjoyable environment. The fact that the gym is run by a Chartered Physiotherapist is a huge benefit!

  Excellent training facilities with a great atmosphere. Top coaches who will do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. You'd be wasting your money going elsewhere
