  Small, friendly, great equipment, great value. If you want saunas and fancy scenery for taking selfies, go somewhere else. For people who take strength and conditioning training seriously.

  Un sitio genial para entrenar. Los monitores son muy profesionales, hay variedad de máquinas y el ambiente en general es estupendo. Buen gimasio y Buena gente.

  Convenient gym with good equipment. I like it because it has a bit of a hardcore feeling as well as many useful machines.

  Excellent boxing & personal trainer here called Neil Bowman, I found his classes and training plans the best I've ever tried and a genuinely life changing experience . Great atmosphere in the mixed classes with several options I mixed it up between HIIT training and boxing and he even had mindfulness boxing which I've never come across before but loved . I couldn't recommended Neil Bowman enough .
