::The most disappointing part of my experience was that I have been lied to by the sales agent, not once, but several times. I bought a TV on Saturday, Feb 24th, with the promise of being delivered in store on Monday, Feb 26th. A week later, March 4th, no sign of the TV or any communication from them. I had to call Customer Service 3 times and they were not able to help, plus they seemed quite confused about the store delivery. When I went back to the store, a week later, not only I found out that the person who sold us the TV, last name Zafar, was not a Manager (as he recommended himself), but the in store delivery was not an option. So basically he sold me a product, took my money just to receive a commission, made a false promise about delivery date and way of delivery. The guys that were in store today were shocked about what this guy told me and they admitted I've been lied to. They managed to do things right in the end, but I am extremely upset and disappointed because I have been lied to. Avoid that employee at all costs, last name Zafar (first name was something with A), nationality Indian.

::Was in their store in Blanchardstown on Saturday, staff told me product was sold out but to order online. Did that, was waiting for an email to tell me when it was in store.....never got one!!! Then TRIED ringing the store to see was it in? Now that was an experience. EVENTUALLY after 4 attempts got talking to a human in England. This is where the script came in. 1. You are supposed to collect within 24 hrs.... IT WAS NOT IN STORE!! 2. Never stated that anyway on conformation reference. 3. No email!! 4. Girl on phone.." if you have a complaint please go online, nope tried that, kept coming up ERROR. 5. Can I please speak to a manager.. NO they are in a meeting....me..All of them, reply YES. Not a chance would I buy a packet of batteries from them. This sounds like a moan but I'm in my late 50s and have never complained before. I worked in retail for many years and if I treated a costumer like this I would have been fired.

::Bought a TV, only to be told it was out of stock. Staff arranged for it to be delivered to my house, then called the next day to say it would be another week. It was in stock in another store so I asked them to ship from there, they said they'd check but never called me back. Have now called 3 days in a row - store just hang up the phone, and helpline can't do anything. Now have 3 overdue callback requests. Absolutely non-existent customer service, avoid.

::Staff genuinely very helpful, but stock levels seem to be poor. On my last three visits I've left empty handed, even though in all three cases it was a product that they had on display. On each occasion I've ended up buying from local competitors. Last night was no different. :(
