::I was there on Sunday afternoon to exchange my battery power bank, one of the staff ask me "What's wrong with it" and i told him it suddenly stop working i had left charge all night but the power bank doesn't working. Then he took it and ask he colleague have a look at it. Then his came back told me something went wrong with it but i coundn't remember what and he ask me "do i want to exchange it" and i say "yes plz". then his went to the stock room and came back after 5 min and told me "it currently out of stock but they have it in another store, he will get the manager to bring it down on Tuesday it's that ok". then i say that's fine with me, he ask for my name and number and ask me to came back on Tuesday. then i came back on Tuesday and a every guy told me that his manager didn't come today it will be tomorow, then i come back on Wednesday i went to the counter talk to one of the girl " I'm here to collect my exchange power back" then she went and talk to the technician and come back and told me "We haven't got it yet, can you come back on Friday" I'm little bit furiouse but i keep my cool and said ok. then on Friday i didn't come i give it 2 more days so i came on Sunday and i went over to the counter, now is a difference guy and i say "Sorry i'm here to collect my exchange power bank" then i give him my name, he went to the back and ask his colleague then come back to me and told me that they haven't got it. Then i explain to him my case, and then he told me he will get the supervisor so i can talk to her. then i have to wait for another few minutes for her to come out and talk to me, then she ask "did i give him the receipt?" i said "i did" and then she tell me that the guys didn't have my receipt. then i said "how should i know" she ask me do i want my refund, and i say yes plz and this is what i get from a supervisor. "is 35 euro?" i say "yes" then she get 35 euro toss it on the counter and just walk away. That was the first and the worst experience in my life as a customer and the service that they provide. I would never ever come back to the store again.

::A year ago I gave the guys in PAIR in the Blanch Centre my phone and said it won't charge. An hour later they gave it back after a simple clean, which they didn't charge for. This week I have been dealing with Steven who gave me brilliant advice about iPhones. These guys are cool.
