  Very disappointed by my time here. The rent is exorbitant and you certainly do not get what you pay for. When I moved in the kitchen was very dirty - the microwave and oven were thick with dirt. Several items were broken including the toilet seat, lights and window handles which I had to request to be fixed multiple times. Since moving in there is a lot of electrical items breaking which are causing the electricity to trip. The most recent issue is non existent hot water. The hot water tap is colder than the cold tap. There is no hot water for showers or to clean dishes in the kitchen. My advice would be to avoid if you can find somewhere else close by because the only good thing about these residences are their convenience.
